The Wyseminds website (excluding any sites linked to it) (Website) is operated by us, Wyseminds B.V., a company domiciled in The Netherlands (Wyseminds or we). By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not wish to accept the Terms of Use, please do not access or use this Website.
Website content
Wyseminds gives constant care and attention to the content and composition of Website in order to keep the information published correct and up-to-date. Nevertheless, it is possible that information that is published on the Website may be incomplete, incorrect and/or not up to date. The information on the Website is frequently supplemented and any changes can be made at any time.
References on the Website to products or services do not constitute an offer for the sale or supply of those products or services.
Purchases
To access the Wyseminds platform, you’ll need to create a User Account.
Wyseminds charges a fee for our Services and enable payment through our Site.
As of the date of these Terms, payments can be made by debit or credit card via Stripe. We may update our payment providers from time to time without notifying you directly. By making a purchase, you confirm that you’re authorised to use the payment method linked to your account. You agree to indemnify Wyseminds against any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your payment method.
You’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After that, all sales are final. Refunds requested beyond the 30-day window may be granted at our discretion, or where legally required based on your local laws. You give Wyseminds permission to deduct payment for any purchases made under this section.
Wyseminds reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, illegal activity, or unauthorised use of a payment method.
Subscriptions
Wyseminds offers subscription plans—Core or Accelerate—available on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments according to the plan and billing cycle you select.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your User Account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Promotional codes or discounts apply only to your initial payment and cannot be reused or applied retroactively.
Subscription plans may be suspended or cancelled at any time. Please note that cancelled subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
Wyseminds reserves the right to cancel your subscription at our sole discretion, without notice or explanation.
Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase. After this period, the Company reserves the right to deny refunds to the full extent permitted by law without notice or liability to you. Refund requests beyond the 30-day period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to your use of the Services in compliance with these Terms.
In the event that a refund is granted the Company reserves the right to use the most suitable method for the refund, which, includes an alternate method of payment than that which was used to make the payment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyseminds hereby excludes all liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with information published on the Website that is incorrect, incomplete and/or not up to date. Nor can Wyseminds be held liable for any errors or omissions as a result of the incorrect functioning of the Website.

All images, questionnaires, artworks, text and graphics on the Website are the copyright of Wyseminds, unless indicated otherwise. It is not permitted to disclose and reproduce any of the copyrighted material for commercial use without the prior written permission of Wyseminds. Any form of unauthorised use of the copyrighted material is considered an infringement of copyright and shall be opposed with legal measures.
